At Supercut Bandsaw, we stand behind the quality of our industrial and hobbyist blades. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully coil the bandsaw blades and place them in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA is included inside.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned blades, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
